My whole life, I struggled with body dysmorphia, low self-worth, perfectionism, and codependency — constantly feeling like I was both too much and never enough.

Everything began to shift when I started to own my belovedness and unconditionally accept myself.

Now I understand: my greatest pain was pointing me toward my greatest gifts.

I walk with women just like me — women who are remembering their belovedness and learning how to love and accept themselves completely.

Through spiritual guidance, astrology, and tarot, I help women hear the call of their soul, trust their enough-ness, honor their body as a sacred temple and live from the deep knowing that they already belong.
