Each month of the Morning Star or Evening Star phase of Venus, the Moon meets with her and a new gate opens for us - a new layer of release, remembrance and embodiment.
And, today, that monthly conjunction is happening. ✨ Meaning, if you look at the sky before sunrise tomorrow, you’re going to see our Sacred Feminine planet, Venus, sitting pretty next to our Moon ⤵

In the myth of Inanna (The Queen of Heaven and Earth), this moment marks her arrival at the 8th Rose Gate - the Earth Star Chakra.
(She’s been making her way down into the Underworld for her brother-in-law’s funeral since April 2025.)
As she arrives at this final threshold before the Underworld, she’s been stripped of everything.
Her jewels. Her robe. Her crown. Her pride. Her identity.
Nothing remains but her true, unfiltered essence.
She stands vulnerable and exposed, knowing that she’s most likely... proobbabbblyyy, going to die.
She willingly surrenders fully to all that is.
This is a POWERFUL moment when the ego/personality releases control and the Soul takes the lead, knowing something greater is on the other side of it all.
We’re invited to do the same…
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU ⤵
Your Earth Star Chakra is the energetic point beneath your feet that anchors your soul into the Earth. It is the point where your path, purpose and incarnation meet.
When this gate activates, you’re invited to take an honest assessment of your life and what may need to change.
This might look like:
An identity or role falling away
The end of a season, relationship or job
A way of being that no longer feels in alignment
A sense of detachment or void
This is the moment where you meet that truth with honesty and let the shift unfold…
It can feel like loss, but it’s actually liberation.
Because this is the passage where Inanna releases every illusion of separation and remembers that the soul knows the way.
By anchoring into your Earth Star Chakra, you’ll be able to:
Trust the unknown and let go of control
Stand grounded in your deepest truth
Root into our magnificent Earth as a source of guidance
Without anchoring into your Earth Star Chakra, you could feel:
Disconnected from your greater purpose
Closed off to support
Resistant to releasing what is complete (and cause yourself suffering)
This gate is a holy breath and pause for you…
A trust in the greater journey for your life.
And, to remember that with every ending, there’s a new beginning.

SUGGESTED FLOW for YOUR DEEPENING PRACTICE:
If it feels best for you, I invite you to do the following flow:
Begin with the Ritual + Mantra practice.
Find a quiet space and put on the Spotify playlist.
Anoint your feet with a sacred anointing oil.
Open your journal and spend time with the soul inquiries.
RITUAL + MANTRA:
Go outside and place your bare feet on the ground.
(I know it’s probably cold where you are, so you can totally do this inside, too.)
Let your breath slow.
Breathe.
Let your weight drop into your legs.
Bring your awareness below your feet.
About a foot into the Earth.
Hold your focus there.
Breathe.
Close your eyes and notice any warmth, pressure or subtle pull.
Imagine a sphere of dark brown or deep black light at that point.
Steady.
Quiet.
Solid.
Feel a gentle stability rise from that light toward your feet.
Breathe.
Let it meet you.
Let it support you.
Say these mantras out loud:
I anchor into my Earth Star beneath me.
I trust my Earth Star as it holds me steady.
I am held, grounded and rooted.
I am strong and capable of enduring change.
I lovingly release the parts of myself I’ve outgrown.
I let the ground dissolve what is complete within me.
My new path begins now.

At this gate, Venus and Inanna ask us to reflect:
What part of me is ready to “die” so that I can step even fuller into my life?
Where am I still trying to control the outcome instead of trusting the unfolding?
What am I afraid to release, even though I know it’s time?
