CIRCLE OF ROSES
Community Guidelines
Community Guidelines + Agreements for Circle of Roses
These guidelines exist to protect the focus, privacy and emotional safety of our community.
Trauma-informed space. Circle of Roses is designed to support nervous system safety through choice and clarity. Participation is always voluntary. Members are encouraged to listen to their bodies, take breaks as needed and engage in ways that feel supportive and sustainable.
Zoom gatherings. To help our time together to feel balanced and respectful, please note:
Our sessions will not be recorded to maintain privacy in our container.
Arrive on time for our Zoom gatherings so we can begin and end together with care.
I will start promptly and do my best to honor our time commitments and not run over.
When sharing, please be mindful of time, so space remains for all sisters’ voices to be heard.
Along with our online group chat, please also apply the following guidelines to our Zoom gatherings:
Love and respect. Circle of Roses is devoted to holding this container with care, integrity and intention. Please show up with respect, presence, and personal responsibility so we can support one another and the shared field we are creating together.
Witnessing. When engaging with one another, come as a loving witness. Listen fully. Reflect back what you hear. Resist the urge to fix, advise or rescue. This space honors sovereignty. We trust each woman’s strength, wisdom, and capacity to move through her own emotional experience. We are not here to counsel or provide medical or emotional advice. This space is for presence, support and shared insight. We honor one another’s breakthroughs without judgment and without overlaying our own interpretations or solutions.
Shares. Shares are welcome when they are reflective and self-held. Emotional dumping or abusive behavior is not part of this container. Circle of Roses is not a therapeutic space. We gather with care for our own nervous systems and respect for the capacity and boundaries of others.
Personal responsibility. Each member is responsible for noticing their own triggers and tending them with care. This supports emotional safety while honoring personal responsibility within the circle.
Content sharing. Content shared by members reflects personal experience only and does not represent guidance, recommendations, or endorsements by Circle of Roses or Danielle Hendrickson, LLC.
Political conversations. Circle of Roses does not host political discussion. This boundary is held intentionally to protect the focus and integrity of the container. Members seeking political engagement are encouraged to find spaces created for that purpose.
Business/Self-promotion. The Circle of Roses Directory is the only space within the membership designated for self-promotion. It offers a clear and contained place for sisters to learn about your work without pressure, obligation or expectation. If you choose, please email Danielle directly at hello@daniellehendirckson.net with the following information: a brief description of your work in the world, your email and website address. This directory exists for connection and visibility, while keeping the shared group space clear, respectful and focused. Each Rose holds full sovereignty to explore, reach out or not, in her own time.
Confidentiality. Confidentiality is essential. What is shared within the Circle of Roses stays within the circle. This shared agreement protects everyone’s ability to speak honestly and be met with trust and care.
Non-authority. Please speak from your own lived experience and avoid positioning yourself as an authority over other members.
Conflict care. If tension or concern arises, please bring it directly to the facilitator (Danielle) rather than discussing it with other members or in front of a group. This helps prevent side conversations as well as keeps the space clear, respectful and well held.
Video shares. If you choose to share a video in Telegram, please follow these guidelines:
Videos should be no longer than 60 seconds.
Shares should relate to our work together in Circle of Roses.
Please record while you are stationary, not walking, driving, or moving.
To keep this space well held, Circle of Roses reserves the right to remove any post that does not align with these guidelines. These guidelines may evolve as the circle grows.
If you have questions about these guidelines, please email hello@daniellehendrickson.net
